These Easy Seedling Tunnels have all the benefits of our larger Easy Tunnels, but in miniature making them perfect for protecting seeds and seedlings while proting germination / early growth. Seeds are far more likely to germinate and grow in warm, moist soil that is protected from birds and other pests / harsh weather. Acting like a greenhouse, use them to warm the soil prior to sowing or to extend the growing season. As moisture loss is controlled it creates the ideal humidity for growth. Manufactured from tough UV stabilised polyethene they are designed to last. They have 3 galvanised steel hoops sown in – open it out (like an accordian) and then position over the crop pushing the ends of the loops into the soil to secure it in position – no pegs are required. After use the tunnels fold up neatly and can be reused again and again. Pack of 3 tunnels – each tunnel measures L 80cm x W 18cm x H 12cm.
