These Easy Fleece Tunnels are the easy way to protect plants against frost and harsh weather whilst allowing moisture and sunlight to enter. Use them to warm the soil to promote early growth as well as protecting your plants from frost, insect pests (such as carrot root fly and caterpillars) and birds. These tunnels are made out of extra thick fleece with 7 galvanised steel hoops sown in – open it out (like an accordion) and then position over the crop pushing the ends of the loops into the soil to secure it in position. Drawstring ends allow easy access and ventilation. Water, light and air can pass through the fabric whilst it provides frost protection down to – 3 degrees.
