It is important to keep you greenhouse clean to remove bacterial and fungal diseases. Citrox Disinfectant is a natural disinfectant, which contains extracts of citrus fruit and is ideal for cleaning your greenhouse as it is effective against a range of bacterial and fungal diseases.
Citrox Disinfectant is ideal for cleaning greenhouses, water butts, bird tables and pots and trays. Use it to keep the glass, frame and benches of your greenhouse clean. Citrox is also ideal for keeping bird tables clean to minimise the spread of diseases PLUS it can also be added to waterbutts (25ml per 100 litres of water) to keep the water clean and free from disease. Use Citrox disinfectant to clean and disinfect :-
- Greenhouses and conservatories – cleans most surfaces including glass, plastic, concrete and brickwork – no need to remove plants.
- For pots, trays and containers – After cleaning, soak containers in Citrox solution for at least 10 minutes.
- For cuttings, bulbs and seed – Used at the correct dilutions, disinfects plant material which will reduce the risk of fungal diseases.
- Benches, sand beds, capillary matting and rockwool – All surfaces on which plant grow can be disinfected using Citrox – it is effective at reducing algal growth.
