Applying Nemaslug with cold weather forecast?

Q. “I’ve just received my first batch of Nemaslug, but the weather is now forecast to become colder again. Should I delay applying it until warmer conditions – hopefully after next week? Would the nemaslug be best kept in the refrigerator meanwhile?” Regards, B T Roe

A. Thanks for the message and Nemaslug will survive a light frost and looking at the weather forecast it is due to turn colder, but only for a short while, so I think it should be fine to apply, but if you want to hold on to it, just pop it in the fridge and it will be fine until the expiry date on the inside of the sleeve i.e. I think the current expiry date is the 1st week of April. Jon @ Green Gardener.
