Customer Question – Replacing Bug Clear chemical spray.

Q. “Regret I have been using Bug Clear – how long do i have to wait before using SB Invigorator & is this the best product for mealybug in a conservatory – on all plants ? thank you!! from Sabina

A. Thanks for the message and SB Invigorator is a replacement for the chemical spray Bug Clear, so stop using the Bug Clear and swap to SB Invigorator and you will find that it is very effective at controlling mealy bug. Because SB Invigorator is chemical free, you could then introduce Ladybird larvae or Cryptolaemus (mealy bug predators) straight away BUT unfortunately you will have to wait 8 weeks after using Bug Clear before you can use a predator – sorry. Swap to SB Invigorator and then if you need a predator as well you can introduce on 8 weeks after the last spray of Bug Clear. To find out more about SB Invigorator CLICK HERE.
