Add these NATURAL Water Storing Granules to your hanging bags, hanging baskets and containers to stop them drying out, to reduce the amount of watering needed and to stop nutrients leaching out. Hanging bags and baskets need a lot of water and can easily dry out – stop this happening by adding water storing granules when you plant them up. They absorb up to 80x their own weight in water, so as you water they retain it longer than compost alone, so less watering for you! The granules absorb water to form a gel that the roots can penetrate to take out water. Supplied in a 340g pouch with a 5g scoop included. Simply add 2 x 5g scoops to 4-5 litres of compost when planting hanging baskets with flowers or fruit or add 4 x 5g scoops per sqm when planting out in the garden or vegetable garden.
